Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Excusty Network website, Discord directory bot, server directory, dashboards, applications, marketplace information, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country and have authority to accept these Terms. When acting for a server, group, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Accounts and Discord access

Sign in is provided through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for your Discord account and authenticated session. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Excusty Network may require you to refresh Discord access to confirm which servers you manage.

4. Directory setup and bot access

A server can be submitted only after the Excusty directory bot is added. The bot must be allowed to view a channel, create an invite, and respond to application commands. Removing the bot or its required permissions may prevent automatic updates, disable commands, or make the listing invite unavailable.

5. Listings and applications

Listings require review and approval is not guaranteed. Submitted information must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and safe. You must have permission to use every description, banner, logo, link, and other item you submit. Excusty Network may correct automatically synchronized Discord details such as member count, invite, icon, and banner.

6. Server bumps

Each signed-in user or Discord member may bump the same server once during the configured cooldown. Website and Discord bumps use the same counter and ranking system. Attempts to automate bumps, use alternate accounts to manipulate rankings, or bypass limits are prohibited. Bumps do not guarantee placement, traffic, growth, or approval.

7. Content license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Excusty Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and moderate the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal records, and promotional material already published lawfully.

8. Prohibited activity

You may not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or dangerous content. You may not distribute malware, evade account or IP bans, manipulate bumps, scrape private data, overload the service, impersonate others, misuse invite links, or violate Discord or Roblox rules.

9. Moderation

Excusty Network may approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or delete listings, applications, bot access, and accounts to enforce rules, protect users, respond to reports, or maintain service quality. Application decisions may be sent through Discord direct message. A failed direct message does not change the application decision shown in the dashboard.

10. Orders, payments, and contributions

Service orders require full payment before work begins unless the team agrees otherwise in writing. Pricing depends on complexity and skill. While USD processors are unavailable, purchases must use approved Roblox links or the Roblox Group. Contributions are final and non-refundable. Advertising products may have a queue and are not posted immediately.

11. Refunds and completed work

Refunds are not guaranteed and require reasonable circumstances plus agreement between the client and designer. Approved store credit may be offered. Delays alone do not qualify unless caused by a major or unavoidable event. After delivery is confirmed, refund requests are unavailable after 5 to 7 business days.

12. Third-party services

Discord, Roblox, linked websites, and payment services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Excusty Network is not responsible for their availability, content, security, moderation, or decisions. Excusty Network is not affiliated with Discord or Roblox.

13. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or end. Excusty Network does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, a specific directory position, member growth, sales, or advertising results.

14. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Excusty Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account through the dashboard. Excusty Network may restrict or terminate access for policy violations, security threats, legal requirements, or service closure. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain effective.

16. Contact and updates

Questions can be sent to legal@excusty.xyz or through official support. These Terms may be updated when the service or law changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
