Before opening a ticket
- Excusty Network is not interested in joining events, sponsoring outside giveaways, or merging with other servers.
- Partnerships are closed. Affiliates are handpicked and applications are not accepted.
- Hiring is closed. Applications may reopen at 1,000 members or another community milestone.
- The server is not for sale. Requests that violate Discord's Terms of Service are not accepted.
- Tickets must contain a clear reason. Empty inquiries and messages such as “hi” may be closed.
- Ask the Support Team first when a quick question may not require a ticket.
Refund policy
Refunds are not guaranteed. A refund is considered only when the circumstances are reasonable and both the client and designer agree. Approved store credit may be issued with HR approval and agreement from both parties. Delays alone do not qualify unless caused by a major or unavoidable circumstance.
Order details
Clients must provide the information, references, files, dimensions, links, and other resources needed to complete the order accurately. Missing information can delay the start or completion date.
Designer communication
Excessive pings, rushing, harassment, or repeated demands may lead to immediate ticket closure. A refund will not be issued when a ticket is closed for this behavior.
Payment requirement
Full payment is required when an order is opened. Designers do not begin work until payment is received and valid proof of purchase is submitted. Until further notice, payments must be processed through the Excusty Network Roblox Group or listed game passes.
Completion and finalized sales
Completion time depends on workload, complexity, queue size, and how quickly the client provides required details. Once a product is delivered and confirmed complete, refund availability ends after 5 to 7 business days. The order is then finalized.
Pricing
Designers set pricing based on difficulty, complexity, time, and skill. Excusty Network aims to keep custom work affordable while protecting quality. Open a ticket with complete details to receive a quote.
Advertising queue
Advertisements are queued and are not posted instantly. Your promotion is posted after earlier orders. Open a ticket before buying to check the queue. Excusty Network no longer offers dedicated paid channels.
