Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Excusty Network handles information when you use the website, sign in with Discord, submit a server, bump a listing, use the directory bot, contact support, or use marketplace and service pages.

2. Information received from Discord

When you sign in, Discord provides your user ID, username, display name, and avatar. With your permission, Discord also provides a list of servers where you are the owner, an administrator, or have Manage Server permission. The site stores a limited server snapshot containing the server ID, name, icon reference, approximate member count, and whether you own it. Excusty Network does not receive or store your Discord password.

3. Information collected by the directory bot

When the bot is added to a server, it stores the server ID, server name, icon URL, banner URL, member count, generated invite URL, bot connection status, and last synchronization time. When a user runs a bot command, the service may record the server ID, command, user ID, and time so cooldowns can be enforced and abuse can be investigated. The bot does not read message content for the directory features described here.

4. Information you submit

The service stores listing titles, descriptions, categories, tags, website and Roblox links, uploaded banners, applications, saved drafts, review notes, profile nicknames, profile bios, profile website links, and server reports. Reports include the selected reason, any details you provide, the reported server, your account ID, moderation status, and review notes. Support tickets and order conversations are handled through Discord and may be retained under the rules of the Discord server.

5. Analytics, bumps, sessions, and security records

The directory stores daily aggregate counts for server-page views and clicks on join, website, and Roblox links. These analytics counters are not connected to visitor IP addresses or Discord identities. A session marker prevents repeated views and clicks from being counted more than once for the same server, action, and day. Bumps are tied to your Discord account and include the server bumped and the time of the action so the cooldown can be enforced across the website and Discord bot. The site uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. It also records IP addresses, request times, user agents, login events, administrative actions, and related audit details to protect accounts, investigate abuse, enforce bans, and maintain the service.

6. Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, show servers you manage, provide owner analytics, save unfinished applications, verify that the bot is installed, check whether Discord invites remain active, maintain accurate directory pages, process applications and reports, send application decisions by Discord direct message, enforce bump limits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain backups, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Public information

Approved server pages are public. They may show the listing content, server icon, server banner, member count, invite, bump total, external links, and the registered owner's public Excusty profile. Do not submit information that you do not want displayed publicly.

8. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, database, security, backup, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service. Discord and Roblox process information under their own policies when you use their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Excusty Network does not sell personal information.

9. Retention

Account, profile, and listing data is generally kept while the account or listing remains active. Pending and reviewed applications may be retained for moderation history. Bump records may be kept to operate rankings and enforce limits. IP, security, and audit records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations. Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited recovery period.

10. Your choices

You can edit or clear your custom profile, download a JSON copy of your account data, continue or delete saved drafts, withdraw pending applications, delete listings, and delete your account from the dashboard. You can remove the bot from a server through Discord. You can also revoke the application's Discord authorization through your Discord account settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Requests may require account verification.

11. Security

The service uses secure cookies, OAuth state checks, access controls, upload validation, audit logging, rate limits, and restricted administrator functions. No online service can guarantee complete security, so use a secure Discord account and report suspected account misuse promptly.

12. Age requirements

The service is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. Do not use Excusty Network if you are not eligible to hold a Discord account.

13. Contact and changes

Privacy questions can be sent to legal@excusty.xyz or through official support. This policy may be updated when the service, law, or data practices change. The effective date will be revised when updates are made.
